Welcome to my new blog, Life with the Zoom Lens On. Thank you for being here with me. We're still percolating and letting our best self filter through and being our best ever you, of course, but let's take it another step.My goal with this new blog is to help us make one thing, thought, idea, value, belief, etc…. the focus point.
What's your focus for today?
I've been looking around our yard and clearly the Daffodils and Tulips have missed the memo about the Pandemic. Their focus appears to be on pushing through.
So many people right now are either feeling stuck, feeling like they have so much to do or somewhere in between and are trying to roll with the changes happening around us.
It's important to acknowledge how you feel in these moments.
You might be feeling like there is this awesome set of moments where you can get this done and that done and more done.... It's ok to not get a list of so much done each day.
Grab a cup of your favorite coffee or tea, put your feet up or take a walk, and let your heart’s desire surface as we talk about how we are feeling.
JOURNAL EXERCISE How are you? Are you pushing through? Are you living in fear or anxiety? Are you stressed? Are you happy? Sad? How are you?
Have you paused today to absorb a peaceful surrounding?
Are you leaning into the sunshine or are caught in shadows?
We have a new mindset and conversations group on Facebook and would like to invite you to join us: https://www.facebook.com/groups/ConversationsWithElizabethAndKris
