Change Your Life & Create Success in Just Five Minutes a Day!

I love the practice of grabbing your cup of joe in the morning or creating an afternoon coffee break to create space and practice 20 minutes of Coffee Self-Help. These 20 minutes are focusing your mindset, energy, and actions to rewire your brain and help you and your subconscious mind to listen and absorb your positive self talk.


Here's my practice for years now:


1. Ask yourself this QUESTION:

Am I feeling stressed or blessed? Why?


2. Say some AFFIRMATIONS:

I choose 2-5 affirmations from my list of 50 (provided below) and repeat them each 5-10 times. I say them outloud and I read them.


3. Take an ACTION:

I will _______________.


Complete the sentence with one thing you are going to do today.



4. CHECK YOUR ENERGY


GRATITUDE

I am grateful for _______________________________________.


Complete the sentence with a few words or a paragraph to celebrate your life and moments today.


THANK YOU


Thank you ______________________________________.


Give thanks to someone or something. If you want to take it a step further, write a thank you note to someone each week and send it to them. Handwrite it, if possible.


LET GO


I am releasing this________________________________.

I am forgiving ___________________________________.


Let go of something or behavior that no longer serves you.
