What does it really mean to be your Best Ever You? It’s a question I’ve been exploring for decades through my coaching, bestselling books, and podcast, and it’s a mission I’m more committed to now than ever before. Because the truth is, we’re at a tipping point.
In a world that often feels like it rewards speed over stillness, power over presence, and chaos over calm, people are searching for something real. Something meaningful. Something lasting. That’s where I come in—and why I’m inviting the world to join a new conversation about how we live, lead, and love.
I’ve spent the last 20+ years helping people navigate change, redefine success, and live with purpose, gratitude, and peace. As a Master Life Coach and founder of BestEverYou.com, I’ve had the honor of guiding thousands of people through transformational moments—from personal reinvention to professional breakthroughs. Through it all, I’ve learned one essential truth: you can’t chase success without first creating inner peace.
Why the World Needs a New Definition of Success
The old models of success? They’re outdated. They’re based on hustle, burnout, and external validation. But real success? It starts from within. That’s why I wrote The Change Guidebook and The Success Guidebook — to give people tools to align their heart, energy, and truth with how they live and work.
I’ve taught these principles in workshops, on stages, and through my podcast, The Best Ever You Show, which has millions of global downloads. I believe everyone deserves to live authentically and that success is about much more than titles, money, or influence. It’s about how we show up, how we lead others, and how we live with intention.
Why Peace and Gratitude are Non-Negotiable
Our newest book, The Peace Guidebook, written with Dr. Katie Eastman, helps people unlock the healing power of peace and compassion. Through the "Percolate Peace Project," we’re helping people cultivate 1,000,000 moments of peace—starting with their own.
And of course, there’s my signature practice: The Gratitude Flip. It’s a simple but powerful mindset shift from “I have to” to “I get to.” That one shift has helped thousands reclaim their peace and reframe their challenges with presence and appreciation.
What I Stand For (And Why I’m Just Getting Started)
I stand for change. For women. For families. For leaders. For everyday people trying to navigate a noisy world and stay true to themselves. My podcast, speaking engagements, and workshops are all centered on the same mission: to help people become their best, most peaceful, and most powerful selves.
I’m here to be a global voice of reason and a media personality who brings more than just talking points—I bring real tools and lived experience. My mission is to be the go-to expert for conversations about:
Navigating major life change
Redefining success in modern times
Creating sustainable inner peace
Practicing gratitude in daily life
Empowering women and youth through leadership
What’s Next? Global Media. Greater Impact.
If you’re a producer, editor, podcast host, or someone who books talent for national media, let’s connect. I’m actively seeking features, interviews, and speaking opportunities to share this powerful message with the world.
And if you’re someone seeking change, looking for a coach, or curious about how to bring more peace and purpose into your life—let’s start with a conversation. Visit ElizabethGuarino.com/coaching to schedule your free 20-minute discovery call.
Final Word: Let’s Percolate Peace, Together
You don’t need to change the whole world. You just need to show up, choose peace, and let that ripple out into your family, your work, and your community. Let’s flip the script on stress and success. Let’s build a world rooted in kindness, resilience, gratitude, and leadership.
Let’s become our Best Ever You.
