Sometimes, when you're living your life one day at a time, it's easy to miss the significance of what you've built.
Recently, at book signings and speaking events, people have been asking me about The Change Guidebook, The Success Guidebook, and The Peace Guidebook. As I've shared the story behind the books, I've noticed something interesting.
Many people don't realize these books are part of a larger series.
And many don't realize where that series began.
The Guidebook Series is published by HCI Books (Health Communications, Inc.), the original publisher of the iconic Chicken Soup for the Soul® books that inspired millions of readers around the world. The books are distributed by Simon & Schuster.
As someone who grew up reading books that encouraged hope, growth, and possibility, it remains an incredible honor to have my work published by the same publishing house that helped shape the personal development industry for generations.
What started with The Change Guidebook grew into something much larger.
The Change Guidebook
Change is inevitable.
Growth is optional.
The Change Guidebook helps readers align their hearts, truths, and energy to navigate change and create meaningful transformation in every area of life.
The Success Guidebook
Success means different things to different people.
This book challenges readers to think beyond traditional definitions of success and embrace what I call meaningful and comprehensive success—the kind that includes purpose, relationships, gratitude, well-being, contribution, and fulfillment.
The Peace Guidebook
In a world that often feels divided, distracted, and overwhelmed, peace may be one of the most important skills we can cultivate.
Co-authored with Dr. Katie Eastman, The Peace Guidebook explores practical ways to cultivate hope, healing, harmony, compassion, and peace in our lives and in the world around us.
Together, these books form what I now think of as a roadmap for living a meaningful and comprehensive life.
Change.
Success.
Peace.
Three concepts that touch every human life. In many ways, the books build upon one another. Change is often where transformation begins. Success is what we create as we grow. And peace is what allows us to fully appreciate and share the life we are building. While each guidebook stands on its own, together they offer a framework for navigating life's most important questions and opportunities.
No matter who we are, where we come from, or what season of life we are navigating, we all experience change. We all seek success in ways that are meaningful to us. And ultimately, we all long for peace—within ourselves, within our relationships, and within the world around us.
The Guidebook Series was created to help readers navigate those universal experiences with greater intention, resilience, gratitude, purpose, and hope. Each book offers practical tools, thoughtful reflection, and encouragement for the journey, helping readers move through life's challenges and opportunities with greater confidence and clarity.
At its core, the series is an invitation to align your heart, truths, and energy, define success on your own terms, cultivate gratitude in every season, and create more peace in your life and in the lives of others.
One of the things I love most about The Guidebook Series is that each book brings together the wisdom and experiences of multiple voices. Similar to the way Chicken Soup for the Soul® introduced readers to a variety of inspiring perspectives, each Guidebook includes contributions from approximately twenty thought leaders, experts, and changemakers who share their insights, experiences, and lessons learned.
While the Guidebook Series is structured differently—with practical tools, reflection exercises, coaching concepts, and actionable guidance—the contributor format creates a rich and diverse reading experience that allows readers to learn from a wide range of perspectives and life experiences.
Meaningful transformation doesn't happen by accident. It happens one choice, one step, and one moment at a time.
I am also deeply honored that all three books have been endorsed by Jack Canfield, co-creator of the Chicken Soup for the Soul® series and one of the most influential voices in personal development.
His support of the Guidebook Series has been both humbling and meaningful.
What I cherish most, however, isn't the endorsements, awards, or recognition. It's the conversations with readers. It's hearing their stories, celebrating their growth, witnessing their breakthroughs, and learning how the ideas within these books have helped them navigate change, redefine success, and cultivate greater peace in their lives.

At recent book signings, I've found myself sharing a simple phrase that seems to resonate:
"Did you know that original publishers of Chicken Soup for the Soul published my books too? They are called The Guidebook Series."
People immediately understand that these books are designed to encourage, inspire, and provide practical tools for navigating life.
And that is exactly what they were created to do.
